Pizza Nista business owner and legendary pro skateboarder Salman Agah went to Masiphumelele Township in South Africa to spread love, happiness, and joy to the unprivileged youth.
With a kind heart, Agah shared his experience with the lovely kids and connected with them by reading them a story, playing peek-a-boo, and dancing.
Despite all the success of an icon destroying skate spots, the Skateboarding Hall Of Famer didn't let his gnarly attitude on the board scare the kids; instead, he showed his true kind heart.
He enlightened the day of the youngsters and played with them.
Agah posted, "We had the privilege of visiting the Masiphumelele Township today. There were many heartfelt moments with the people of the township. The children, ours and those of the township connected so beautifully. Many of the children couldn’t believe a “girl” Sabbath’s age was riding a bike around town. We visited a nursery and when we walked in the children hugged and kissed us and told us they loved us with their tiny voices. And we shared our Love together. I read them a story and we played peek a boo and danced. Like many families in the west, both parents are working or in some cases it’s a single parent working to make ends meet, so the children need to be cared for. They have a very small place for the kids to take very basic lessons and they also get potty trained. Masiphumelele township has so much soul. There are those who want to say that we have differences & that those differences justify oppression or war, but we are the same and we want the same things for our families and our communities. To have food and water and shelter & LOVE and to live with dignity."
