Skateboarding legend's son Riley is now taking classes and competing as a BJJ combatant while striving to maintain a sober lifestyle.

In the new Thrasher segment's "Out There," the 31-year-old showcased his talent on and off the board and spread positivity in the skate community that you can do something outside skateboarding.

The Baker Skateboards pro skateboarder said that he is trying to quit drinking to take care of his body and mind, emphasizing the importance of well-being in both skateboarding and BJJ.

Balancing BJJ and skateboarding can be tiring but for Riley, it's a new norm to keep pushing himself to make skating exciting again since he has been doing it as a kid.
