Fairweather Skateboards has just made it official.
Queens skater Rene Searles is now riding at the professional level for the company. The announcement came straight from Fairweather’s own page, where they kept it simple and straight to the point:
"Not much to say… Well deserved. Talent speaks for itself. Good things happen to good people. You earned it @hesh_dumpling and the people know it.
Decks go on sale on the web Wednesday at noon!"
Fairweather Skateboards has been around since May 2010, steadily building its name.
Over the years, Fairweather has put together a crew that is straight up real, skating like they grew up on the same blocks they represent. It is all about skill, grind, and having your own style.
Bringing Searles up to the pro level just makes sense. He has been out there day in and day out, landing tricks, hitting spots, and earning respect from everyone around him from the homies at the park to heads across the city who have been watching him rise.
Congrats to Fairweather and Searles!
