Professional skateboarder Clyde Singleton has been keeping busy lately, not just skating the streets but also writing, podcasting, and even cooking up some good meals as a chef.
Life for Singleton has been full, and he’s been handling it all without touching alcohol for over five years and six months.
As we previously reported, Aesthetics Skateboards recently made a comeback on the streets, and Singleton didn’t waste any time getting back in the mix.
He’s been a key part of the brand since the 90s, and seeing him ride again shows how much he still loves being out there.
Staying clean while doing all his thing ain’t easy, and the Jacksonville, Florida native wanted everyone to see what 66 months off the booze really looks like.
It’s not always simple to give up something that’s so normalized around you, but he’s stayed consistent, living his life on his own terms.
Singleton himself shared on social media:
"5yrs 6months alcohol-free • that’s 66 months, to be exact"
You can tell he’s proud, and for real, anyone watchin’ him knows why. Between riding streets, making moves, and just living life, Singleton proves you can handle all that without hitting the bottle. Respect to him for stayin’ solid. Big ups to Clyde for keeping it 100.
