Pharrell "Skateboard P" Williams is bringing skateboarding and luxury fashion together once again, this time with the launch of Fashion Skate Week featuring the newly unveiled Louis Vuitton Combi SS27 skate shoes.

As we previously reported, the skater rapper and Louis Vuitton Men's Creative Director recently revealed the latest addition to the brand's growing skate inspired footwear lineup.

The LV Combi SS27 quickly caught the attention of skaters and fashion enthusiasts who have been watching him mix both worlds through his work at the iconic fashion house.

Fashion Skate Week has now arrived, with Skateboard P taking the lead as he showcases the Combi SS27 throughout the event.

Photos and videos circulating online show people wearing the new footwear while appearing at various Fashion Week activities, giving fans a closer look at the design.

The LV Combi SS27 continues Louis Vuitton's recent interest in skate culture.

The shoe features details inspired by classic skate footwear while maintaining the luxury craftsmanship that the French label is known for.

For many skaters, it represents another example of how skateboarding continues to influence fashion at the highest level.

Fans have been discussing everything from the shoe's shape and materials to how it compares with classic skate silhouettes from past decades.

While some see it as a fashion statement, others appreciate seeing skateboarding receive attention from one of the world's biggest luxury brands.

Skateboard P has never hidden his connection to skateboarding culture.

Long before joining LV, he embraced skateboarding as part of his identity, earning the nickname while helping bring skate style to a wider audience through projects such as BBC ICE CREAM footwear.

That connection remains visible in projects like the Combi SS27 and the newly launched Fashion Skate Week.

"Spring-Summer 2027 Show. Technical expressions of suiting reveal the dandy vision at the heart of @pharrell’s new collection, where silhouettes inspired by the coast and the ocean evoke the nonchalant spirit of the surfer. Watch the full show via link in bio.

As part of its Regeneration 2030 roadmap, Louis Vuitton supports @coralgardeners in advancing reef restoration efforts in French Polynesia, while the show’s water, sourced from Eaux de Paris, will return to the sewer system through a closed circuit, and its sand will be donated to the beach volleyball courts at the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris."
