Legendary pro skater Stevie Williams, now known as Lord Williams, promised fans he would change the game.
As a result, he has now released his Web3 Lifestyle Brand project, "SK8PES," with a twist of using his OG skateboard brand DGK.
The project aims to have a digital version of the DGK board that can be shared on social feeds by scanning using your phone with the help of Uniqly's system.
Despite the crash in the NFT market that had zero value, he remained positive and hopeful that he would still be successful.
After not giving up, Lord Williams is the first skate icon ever to launch an NFT skateboarding business that can scan a board and be owned as NFT in Web3, and more skate companies will highly likely follow suit.
