Creature Skateboards pro skater David Gravette shared his “My War” clips in honor of Labor Day, giving core heads a look at the battle behind a trick that meant far more to him than it did on paper.

Gravette said he gave everything he had to land the trick, which took him far outside his comfort zone.
The sesh came together with help from the Independent Trucks crew, while Sebo Walker provided the board and inspiration behind the attempt.
Gravette also took the opportunity to salute workers everywhere on Labor Day.
