YouTube Skater and filmmaker Kevin Perez just started his own board brand called Vinyl Skateboards.
If you’ve been around the skate scene, you already know Kevin’s been behind some of the cleanest clips and hardest edits out there.
Now he’s stepping up from filming to running his own brand, keeping that same real skate feel he’s always been known for.
He went on Instagram to let everyone know what’s up:

The good homie has been filming legends, capturing street clips that get replayed over and over. So when someone like that decides to start a board company, people pay attention.
Vinyl already made its first appearance in Thrasher Magazine with an ad that got heads talking. The boards and a full video are dropping next month, and knowing Kevin, that video’s gonna go hard.
His eye for filming and editing is tight, so it’s safe to say the visuals will hit different.
People are already waiting to see the first decks and who’s gonna ride for the team. Knowing Kevin, he’s probably lining up some heavy hitters.
