If you're an OG skate head and were skating during the CKY days, chances are you already remember pro skater Kerry Getz.

He was one of the skaters who always stood out every time a new video dropped. His skating was fast, aggressive, and full of commitment.

On top of that, skate heads never forgot the loud outbursts whenever a trick did not go his way.

That explosive personality became part of who he was.

If a trick fought back, Getz was not afraid to yell, slam his board, and give everything he had until he landed it.

Those moments became fan favorites and helped earn him the nickname "Hockey Temper" from Bam Margera.

Now, at 51 years old, Getz is proving that he still loves skateboarding just as much as he did years ago.

He recently shared a post celebrating his birthday while giving a shoutout to Bam for all the memories they made together.

"51 and still lovin this shit. Thank you BAM for all the good times and the nickname HOCKEY TEMPER! #foreveryoung LETS KEEP IT MOVING BROTHER. @bam__margera"

It is fun to see that the same passion is still there. Many skaters stop skating as they get older, but Getz continues to get on his board and enjoy every sesh.

His love for skating has not faded, and neither has the personality that made so many people laugh during the CKY era.

The "Hockey Temper" nickname has followed him for decades, and it still fits.

Anyone who watched those classic videos remembers the shouting, the board slams, and the determination to finally roll away after battling a trick.

Those moments became just as memorable as the skating itself.

Many skateboarders who grew up watching Getz are now in their 30s, 40s, and even 50s themselves. Seeing him still skating at 51 hits home for many longtime fans.

It shows that skateboarding does not have an expiration date if you still enjoy getting out there.
