Recently, there have been rumors that Sylla is ready to move on from Baker Skateboards to join William Strobeck's Violet Skateboards. Although there has been no formal announcement, Sylla was already featured in Strobeck's new skate video, "BOoM!"

As a young teenager, the 20-year-old first made a name for himself in the skateboarding world. His impressive tricks and fearless attitude quickly caught the industry's attention. He then turned pro for Baker Skateboards and became one of the youngest pros in the industry.
