Join professional skateboarder Josh Kalis as he takes us on a thrilling journey through his brand-new indoor skate park. Strap on your helmets, tighten your trucks, and let's dive into the world of skateboarding with one of the industry's most iconic figures.
Kalis has been an influential figure in the skateboarding community for decades. With numerous video parts and a career that spans over 25 years, Kalis has left an indelible mark on the skate scene. He invites us to experience his passion firsthand at his recently opened indoor skate park with Thrasher Mag's segment "Out There."
The 47-year-old pro skater first shows how much he missed the iconic Love Park skate spot, collecting the wasted pieces of granite.
He then visited the Philly Muni spot with the locals and filmed some tricks to check out the scene and help other skaters.
After skating, he went to his home in Michigan to chill a little and went to his private park. The skate park itself is a marvel to behold.
Designed by Kalis and a team of experienced skate park builders, every inch of the space has been carefully crafted to provide an optimal skateboarding experience.
From street-style obstacles like stairs, rails, and ledges to transition-focused elements, the park offers something for everyone.
