YouTube star John Hill has confirmed that he won't be competing in the Battle At The Berrics 12 influencers bracket.
The Berrics co-founders Steve Berra and Eric Koston have invited a lot of skateboarders whether they are influencers, amateurs, pros, and, even icons in their world-famous hit skateboarding contest BATB.
Youtube channel "SUNJAVA SK8" posted a game of S.K.A.T.E video of the social media star and Andrew Schrock entitled "BATB 12 JOHN HILL VS ANDY SCHROCK - ROUND 1 BATTLE AT THE BERRICS - INFLUENCERS BEFORE THE BATTLE" online.
Although the 30-year-old YouTuber liked and appreciated the content, he clariffied that he won't be skating in the battle.
"This was really well done! and a good idea." Hill wrote. "Unfortunately I'm not skating it, and I don't think andy is either, but dude seriously I appreciate the effort behind this idea, keep it up for the rest of the brackets I feel like you'll definitely get some traction."
When Hill was hesitant to tell why he didn't want to participate in BATB 12, there were rumors that he is, a professional skateboarder and not an influencer. That might trigger his decision not to participate in the competition.
There were speculations as well that both Hill and Schrock were going to have a hard time traveling back in forth to their homes from Los Angeles to Ohio and Texas.
But, Hill released a video telling the reason he didn't skate Battle At The Berrics 12. Watch it below.
