Recently, skateboarding influencer Jamie Griffin broke the Guinness World Record for the most varial heelflip in one minute, setting a new bar for skateboarding enthusiasts worldwide.
For unfamiliar people, a varial heelflip is a trick where a skater kicks the board with their heel, causing it to flip and spin 180 degrees while also spinning in the opposite direction.
It's an advanced trick requiring much coordination, timing, and precision. Griffin, a skateboarder and influencer has been practicing the varial heelflip for years and has now achieved 23 in one minute.
Griffin had to perform the trick before a panel of judges and Guinness World Record officials to set the record. With the support of his friends and family, he managed to perform the trick flawlessly in one minute.
