Nir Yosef Kalif of Indoor Skatepark Israel has a message for the skateboarding industry and Palestinians after DLXSF and Crailtap cut off Israel from distributing their products.
His response? Announcing plans for a new indoor skatepark that aims to compete with some of the biggest names in skateboarding, while ending the announcement with a blunt “Fuck You.”
The announcement comes as Israel faces growing boycott pressure within parts of the skateboarding industry.
Products from brands under DLXSF and Crailtap will no longer be available in Israel.
The situation has become another point of tension between the local skateboarding scene and the international brands that supply it.

According to Indoor Skatepark Israel, the new facility is officially underway and is intended to provide a home for the country's skating and riding community.
The project aims to meet the standards of The Berrics and Street League Skateboarding (SLS), two prominent names in competitive and indoor skateboarding.
The goal is to develop local talent and produce some of the world's finest skateboarders right in Israel.
Kalif's announcement also compared the country's ambitions in skateboarding to its achievements in military aviation, intelligence, technology and science, saying Israeli skaters would reach the same elite level.
However, it was the closing statement that caught attention.
“So get ready, we are going to blow both the Palestinians and you away.”

The post then ended with an unmistakable “FUCK YOU,” accompanied by Israeli flags, skateboarding emojis and other symbols.
The timing and language give the announcement a particularly confrontational tone, especially with the ongoing disagreements over international skateboarding brands refusing to distribute their products in Israel.
For the local skateboarding community, a facility designed to meet world class standards could offer Jewish skaters a dedicated place to train, ride and develop the skills needed to compete at an elite level.

But the announcement also raises questions about how the project fits into the wider tensions surrounding Israel's place in the international skateboarding scene.
Building a world class indoor skatepark is one thing.
Sending a message to the international skateboarding community while responding to boycotts is another.
And Kalif certainly made sure people noticed his response.

"Let me tell you something. The Israel Indoor Skatepark initiative is officially underway for the benefit of the skating and riding community in Israel, for our community, and for the local scene. Our goal is to provide a warm home built to the highest standards—at the level of The Berrics and SLS—in order to produce the world's finest skater athletes right here. Just as our Air Force pilots, the Mossad, and Israeli high-tech, technology, and science are elite, Israel’s skaters will be elite as well. So get ready, we are going to blow both the Palestinians and you away. 🛹🇮🇱🔥☠️🇮🇱⚔️♥️
FUCK YOU"
