Duane has been a hero to generations of skateboarders and punk rockers. He is the Master of Disaster who built a life and a reputation on staying true to himself.
He never sold out to corporations, never chased the money, and always kept it real. Because of that, he cannot generate the kind of income that would keep him off the streets.
He lives by the code of punk rock and skateboarding culture, and that honesty has cost him dearly.
