Skateboarding requires a lot of physical and mental strength. It's a passion for many people around the world, and for Donovan Strain, it's been his life.
Strain is a well-known skateboarder hosting the "Butteryass Mondays" at The Berrics way before it became The Berrics. But what most people didn't know until recently is that Strain has been secretly battling a brain tumor on his cerebellum since 2011.
The technical skater went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a brain tumor on his cerebellum. He was shocked and devastated. Skateboarding was his life, and he didn't know what he would do if he couldn't continue.
However, he didn't let the diagnosis get him down. He underwent surgery to remove the tumor and started radiation therapy. He was determined to beat cancer and get back to skateboarding as soon as possible.

Today, the former Sk8 Mafia rider is now in good hands. He had to undergo regular check-ups and treatments to manage his symptoms. But he's still skateboarding and inspiring others with his positive attitude and determination. He's also using his platform to raise awareness about brain tumors and the importance of early detection.
Strain's story is a reminder that anyone can face challenges and obstacles, no matter how successful or talented they are. But with determination, resilience, and a positive attitude, it's possible to overcome even the toughest challenges.
His courage and perseverance inspire everyone who knows him, and his story reminds him never to give up, no matter what life throws your way.
