Professional skateboarder turned rapper David Gonzalez known by his rap name "Young Guns 21", just dropped a new single called “From The Hood,” and it’s already turning heads.

The 2012 Skater Of The Year is diving into the rap scene with this track, which you can find on YouTube, Spotify, and all the usual streaming platforms.

Gonzalez has been making a name for himself in music while showcasing his mad skills in the streets skating hard. With “From The Hood,” he’s stepping into the trap genre, mixing gnarly beats with real-life stories from his upbringing. The song gives an honest glimpse into his life, and the lyrics totally hit home.

On social media, he couldn’t hide his excitement, saying something like, “From The Hood? Guys my first Trap song is out now on @youtube @spotify and all streaming platforms. so that you may hear it.
