Professional skateboarder Chris Colbourn’s skating has always had a kind of looseness to it - like he’s making it all up as he goes, but every move still lands right where it should.
His latest part, York and Fig, is more of that same magic, just turned up and spread across the gritty backstreets and steep hills of Highland Park.
It’s raw, fast, and full of clips that feel like they shouldn’t work, but absolutely do.
This is the kind of skating that makes you want to look at your own city a little differently or at least grab your board and go exploring.
The edit’s tight too. Just Cookie doing what he does best, with a soundtrack that fits the mood without trying to steal the spotlight.
