Chris Athans just got that pro status for Deathwish Skateboards and the streets are losing it.
The new Deathwish video dropped and man, Athans came through swinging.
The clip got everyone full stoked on it, especially his part where he just destroyed every spot he pulled up on.
Teammates Sean O’Connor, Pedro Delfino, Yuri Facchini, they all killed it too, but Athans had everybody tripping.
If you’ve been paying attention, you know this man has been putting in work for a minute.
He’s got parts with Thunder Trucks, Extra Life, Helen, and that New Doors Have Opened clip on Free Skate Mag.
Every clip was him owning the streets, hitting gnarly lines, and making it look natural. Watching him skate is like seeing someone who was meant for this.
This promotion isn’t random. The homie Athans earned it. He’s been grinding and showing everyone what real street skating is about.
The Baker Boys got him, they know he’s the future of the streets, and now the rest of the skate scene knows too.
Big ups to Athans. He’s pro now and you already know the streets ain’t ready for what he’s about to drop next.
