WKDN Skateboards head honcho Grant Yansura recently guests in Thrasher Magazine's segment "Out There" and answered some hard-hitting questions about the beef with fellow skateboard brand owner Brad Staba.

The beef started when Staba's former rider Karsten Kleppan quit and wanted to join Yansura's brand.

Despite the achievements under Skate Metal Skateboards, Karsten Kleppan ultimately left the team and pursued new opportunities with WKND Skateboards.

Unfortunately, Staba took Kleppan's departure personally. Feeling betrayed and disappointed, Staba couldn't control his emotions and openly expressed frustration.

Staba called Yansura, confronted him about his disdain about what happened, and said "I just wanted to reach out to you for obvious reasons, you know."

Yansura mentioned that he forgot what Staba said but remembered saying, "I'm just gonna knock all your teeth out."

The skateboarding skit master also recorded the conversation. He implemented it as a talk shit back video as a part of Kleppan's video for WKND and thought it would be funny.

Yansura then said that Staba wanted to fight him in Scuba Steve's wedding, the professional skate filmmaker and Nike SB team manager, but the good thing is, it didn't transpire, but the wedding happened.
