Big news from the Skate Board Association as Boo Johnson, Robert Neal, Manny Santiago, and Gary Rogers officially roll with the SBA.
These aren’t just familiar names. These are skaters who’ve been in the game for years, putting in work, shaping the scene, and looking out for the community.
The SBA first introduced Robert Neal. He is stepping up with all his experience and knowledge. He’s the type to guide other skaters, share what he’s learned, and help younger athletes find their own way. With Neal on deck, the SBA is looking to open more doors for skaters and keep the scene real and connected.
Then Manny Santiago is coming through with his own style and wisdom. He’s focused on helping skaters level up, offering advice, and making sure talent gets the support it needs to grow. Santiago’s presence means more heads in the game getting the guidance they deserve.
Also, the all-mighty Skateline NBD legend Gary Rogers brings years of skating and on-air experience. He’s all about helping athletes develop, connect with fans, and find their own voice. Having Rogers around means skaters at every stage have someone to lean on.
Then there’s DGK OG pro skater Boo Johnson stepping in as SBA Commissioner. Boo has been riding and living skateboarding his whole life, and now he’s in a spot where he can give back big time. He will be working with the SBA team to make moves for skaters, amplify voices, and make sure the culture stays tight and supportive.
But wait, there is more!
Pamela Rosa is also part of the SBA, along with Samarria Brevard, SBA co-founder, and NBA star Gary Payton II with his business partners and co-founders Royce Campbell and Sheldon Lewis.
With this crew on board, the SBA is about to level up. There is more guidance for skaters, more opportunities, and a stronger community. Skateboarding is looking solid worldwide.
