Jackass stunt performer and professional skateboarder Bam Margera has finally completed his one-year drug and alcohol abuse treatment.
"What's up, it's Bam Margera, and I just got out of a year of treatment in Florida for alcohol. Now I'm back and ready to rock," the 42-year-old said in an Instagram Story before announcing his involvement with the video app Cameo.
It's been an uphill battle since the Viva La Bam star got involved in alcoholism and legal troubles. Hence, he bounced back and is now ready to be a positive influencer for the mass.
As we previously reported, Margera dropped a wrongful termination lawsuit he'd filed against Johnny Knoxville and Paramount Pictures. The lawsuit alleged that he was the victim of "inhumane, abusive and discriminatory treatment" on the set of the film Jackass Forever.
This is an important development from Margera as he also works out in the gym with fellow pro skater Brandon Novak as a sober, healthy human being.
Congrats, and we hope that he will keep continuing his positive mental attitude toward himself, his friends, family, and fans.
