Famed skateboarder and television personality Bam Margera has once again found himself on the wrong side of the law after dropping diss track to the individuals he once called family.
The incident occurred at the Radnor Hotel, which has become entangled with Margera's ongoing legal troubles.
According to reports, the arrest stemmed from a series of disruptive and allegedly aggressive behaviors exhibited by Margera during his stay at the Hotel due to public intoxication and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident.
Margera was taken into custody after hotel staff and guests reported disturbances involving loud noises and confrontations. The incident adds to a growing list of legal issues that have followed Margera over the past few years.
The Viva La Bam star's lawyer, Michael T. van der Veen, said his understanding was that Margera was not arrested but only cited in connection with the incident.
“With citations, as with arrests, he enjoys the presumption of innocence,” van der Veen said. “I am not sure what transpired to lead to the citation, but we will be looking into it.”
In newly filed legal documents, Margera's estranged wife Nikki has been granted sole legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son, while his visitation rights have been restricted to FaceTime interactions.
The legal documents, which were reportedly filed in a family court, outline the temporary custody arrangements.
Nikki is set to have both legal and physical custody of their young son, granting her the authority to make decisions regarding his upbringing and well-being.
On the other hand, Bam Margera's contact with his child has been limited to virtual interactions via FaceTime, raising questions about the extent of his involvement in his son's day-to-day life.
