The brand teamed up with one of the legendary pro skaters, Kareem Campbell, who is the Partner/Creative Director, which made the relaunch of the Guy Mariano shoe remake design sold out in 36 hours only.
According to reports, an additional capsule is being planned for this year, followed by the brand's introduction at shops and international distribution in Spring/Summer 2021.
According to a press release, Eric Stalker said that "acquiring and relaunching Axion to the global marketplace has been a dream of mine since my youth, and now it is a reality."
He also added. "Axion was the brand that everyone talked about and wore. It wasn't just a shoe company, it was a statement, more than that a way of life."
"Now we get to create the next chapter of Axion, and I truly hope it fills the void that everyone has had since its original departure with paying homage to its legacy and that the future of the brand reclaims it's status in the industry among an entirely new generation." He explained.
