In a heartwarming power of determination and self-renewal, skateboarding legend Andrew Reynolds happily tells Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis in the Hawk Vs. Wolf podcast that he has been sober for twenty years.

The journey from addiction to becoming an emblem of hope and inspiration has been a remarkable transformation for Reynolds, who has dedicated his life to skateboarding as one of the Piss Drunx member.

Two decades ago, Reynolds found himself at a crossroads, trapped in the grips of addiction that threatened to consume his life.

His struggle was not unique, as millions worldwide face similar challenges daily. However, what set Reynolds apart was his unwavering commitment to change and his refusal to let addiction define him.

Through sheer determination and with the support of loved ones, Reynolds embarked on a grueling yet transformative journey toward recovery.

He sought help with fellow pro skater Jim Greco, and surrounded himself with a strong network of individuals who understood the complexities of addiction.

It was through this combination of self-reflection, therapy, and unwavering resolve that Reynolds could break free from the cycle of addiction.

As he reflects on his 20 years of sobriety, Reynolds remains grateful for the second chance life has given him.
