Swedish Viking metal band Amon Amarth has announced their foray into distilled beverages.
They are set to launch their signature whisky, marking a bold expansion beyond music.
Amon Amarth has been a prominent force in the metal scene for decades. With albums like "Twilight of the Thunder God" and "Deceiver of the Gods," they've garnered a massive fan base drawn to their fierce sound and lyrical themes that celebrate the legendary warriors of the North.
They're bringing that same spirit of adventure and valor to the whisky world. The band, comprised of vocalist Johan Hegg, guitarists Olavi Mikkonen and Johan Söderberg, bassist Ted Lundström, and drummer Jocke Wallgren, has been working closely with a renowned distillery brand Live Brands Factory to craft a whisky that embodies the essence of their music.
