Professional skateboarders and Skateboarding pioneers Kareem Campbell and Mike Vallely now stand among the immortals of skateboarding history.
On Saturday, September 10, 2021, the Skateboarding Hall of Fame and Museum inducted Campbell and Vallely into the skateboarding hall of fame with the class of 2021.
Both iconic skaters headlined the class of inductees, which included the legendary Hall of Famers Cliff Coleman, Chris Yandall, Denis Shufeldt, Skitch Hitchcock, Bobby Piercy, Bobby Valdez, Dave Andrecht, John Hutson, Kent Senatore, Lonnie Toft, Steve Cathey, Tina Trefethen, Colleen Boyd Turner, Billy Ruff, Eric Grisham, and Mike Smith.
"We are proud to announce the 2021 Skateboarding Hall of Fame Induction Class!" Skateboarding Hall of Fame and Museum posted.
"Congratulations to all of this year's inductees. The 2020 / 2021 Induction Ceremony presented by Vans is Friday, November 12th in Costa Mesa, California." They wrote. "Voting for 2021 was done as part of the vote for the 2020 induction class."
Tickets go on sale October 1, 2021, according to the world’s first and largest skateboarding museum.
Campbell and Vallely were a huge part of the industry as they shaped the whole image and overall skateboarding for all the skateboarders all over the world.
It's a breakthrough moment that will take their career-best in the world rankings and serve notice to the future greatness of their contributions to the scene.
