Japan's Yuto Horigome is the first-ever street skateboarding champion in the history of Olympic sport at the Ariake Urban Sports Park.
After a grueling seven rounds, the Japanese professional skateboarder took the title with impressive blindside tricks that scored 37.18.
Pro skaters Kelvin Hoefler from Brazil and USA's Jagger Eaton scored 36.15 and 35.35 secured the silver and bronze medals.
The three top-seeded skaters annihilated the podium for the first set of Olympic medals in men's street skateboarding history.
The highest-paid skateboarder and biggest star, Nyjah Huston from the US, had difficulty landing tricks and placed 7th in the eight-man final.
Congratulations to Yuto Horigome for winning gold, Kelvin Hoefler for silver, and Jagger Eaton for receiving bronze.
