Disorder Skateboards amateur rider Julian Jeang-Agliardi has been putting in the work both in the streets and at competitions, and his latest achievement is something worth celebrating foreal!
The American-Frence skateboarder claimed the gold medal in the men's street skateboarding final at the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games, finishing ahead of Tijmen Overbeek from the Netherlands, who took silver, and Simon Gerber from Switzerland, who secured bronze.
It's an incredible achievement for Julian, especially considering how his story began.
He received his first skateboard as a gift from a stranger when he was just nine years old.
That gift eventually grew into a passion that brought him all the way to the top of the podium in Dakar.
His performance at the competition shows just how much dedication and practice can pay off.
Competing against talented young skateboarders from around the world, Julian delivered when it mattered most and walked away with the gold medal.
World Skate Skateboarding also congratulated the three medalists, celebrating their hard work, passion, and determination throughout the competition.
With Julian taking first place, Tijmen earning silver, and Simon rounding out the podium with bronze, the men's street final gave fans some insane skating.
Big congratulations to Julian, Tijmen, and Simon on an incredible performance at Dakar 2026!
