Phil Margera has been afraid of dogs for most of his life after being bitten by junkyard dogs while growing up in Chester.
According to Bam, that changed after he brought his dog Noa over for a visit.
Phil apparently enjoyed having Noa around so much that he asked Bam to bring him back again.
Now it looks like Phil and Noa might be becoming good homies for life.
