Sister and brother in Christ Rayssa Leal and Cordano Russell both came out on top at Street League Skateboarding Rio 2026, and their faith in Jesus Christ remains an important part of who they are.
Rayssa took the women’s title in front of her home crowd in Brazil, putting together a gnarly performance and landing huge combos throughout the contest.
The crowd was behind her, and she delivered when it mattered most.
Cordano also had a big day in Rio, taking the SLS Men’s Championship after putting together an insane flip in and blindside combo.
Beyond their achievements, both Rayssa and Cordano have openly shared their Christian faith.
