Powell-Peraltal Skateboards pro skater Christopher Hiett recently checked out one of the creepiest skate locations tied to urban legends after visiting a place locals call “The Devil’s Playground.”
The area has been talked about for years because of strange rumors involving haunted buildings, mysterious people dressed in cloaks, and claims that a satanic cult once used the property for rituals.
In his latest video, Hiett explored the abandoned spot while skating through the massive concrete terrain and broken structures surrounding the area.
According to him, the location has carried a dark reputation for decades, with many people believing there is something strange about the place beyond its unusual architecture.
One of the biggest rumors connected to the site comes from the layout of the buildings themselves.
Many visitors have pointed out that parts of the property appear to form a pentagram shape when viewed from above, which only fueled more stories over the years.
Combined with old tales about cult activity and paranormal encounters, the location became one of those places that keeps getting passed around through word of mouth.

Despite the creepy history attached to it, Hiett still treated the trip like a skate mission.
Throughout the visit, he skated the rough terrain, explored the abandoned sections of the property, and tried to figure out if the rumors actually had any truth behind them or if people simply built up the legend over time.
The video mixes skateboarding with horror themed exploration as Hiett walks through empty structures, talks about the stories tied to the location, and reacts to some of the strange details found around the property.
At the same time, he questions whether the place is actually connected to anything dark or if it is simply an abandoned area with a history that people exaggerated over the years.
By the end of the session, Hiett leaves the question open for viewers to decide themselves.
Is “The Devil’s Playground” really some cursed satanic skate spot, or is it just another abandoned place that gained a creepy reputation because of rumors and coincidences?
