Professional skateboarder Terry Kennedy recently had an updated mugshot at the Robinson Correctional Center on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
TK recieved two charges that have been levied, one pertaining to Aggravated Battery resulting in Great Bodily Harm with a prescribed sentence of five years, and another related to Threatening a Public Official, carrying a similar five-year sentence.
According to Illinois Department Of Corrections (IDOC), the 38-year-old is currently awaiting parole, with a projected release date set for July 8, 2026.
However, this is contingent on TK adhering to all IDOC rules and earning good-time credits during his time in the facility.
Should he meet all the criteria for parole, the Viva La Bam star could be back in the streets skateboarding sooner than expected.
On the flip side, if violations occur or good-time credit is not earned, the projected discharge date is set for January 9, 2027.
The information regarding Kennedy's legal status and projected parole date is sourced from the IDOC's official website.
