Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk has added another piece of skate culture history to his collection by acquiring Chad Caruso's skateboard, the board Caruso used to skate across the USA.

The news came to light when Birdman and Caruso shared an exciting post on social media, as the skate traveler was about to throw the board into the Atlantic Ocean but decided not to because many people were there and might grab it.

The fact that Hawk performed a stalefish on Caruso's skateboard adds an extra layer of significance to the acquisition.

Airing on a skateboard, especially one that has traveled across the entire United States, is undoubtedly daring and inspiring.

Hawk's involvement in this experience further cements Caruso's skateboard's cultural and historical importance.
