Pro skateboarder Bam Margera has long been a household name. Rising to fame through the MTV series "Jackass" and later "Viva La Bam."

Margera has built a reputation as a fearless and unpredictable daredevil.

However, his recent stunt with a random daredevil crew Madhouse Boys member has shocked fans.

What truly shocked onlookers was that Margera has been sober for 120 days but just for a viral clip, the Jackass star threw a hand a random dude from Madhouse Boys.

Given the nature of the incident, there are potential legal consequences that Margera may have to face.

Assault charges could be filed against Margera, and the Madhouse Boys' member might pursue legal action, seeking compensation for any injuries sustained during the stunt.
