Metal titans Cattle Decapitation, known for their unrelenting sound and thought-provoking lyrics, has just dropped a new single titled "Scourge of the Offspring." The track is a bone-crushing assault on the senses that will surely delight fans of the band and the genre alike.

From the opening notes, "Scourge of the Offspring" sets a blistering pace that does not let up for the song's duration.

Vocalist Travis Ryan's ferocious growls and screams perfectly complement the band's crushing riffs and thunderous drums, creating a wall of sound that is both intense and exhilarating.

Lyrically, the song is a scathing commentary on humanity's disregard for the natural world and the consequences of our actions. As Ryan screams in the chorus, "We are infections, We are pathogens, We are assassins, The gluttonous factions," it is impossible not to feel the weight of his words.

Stream the music video below, and don't forget to pre-order their new album, "Terrasite," out on May 12, 2023, here.
