The skateboarding organization enhancing the quality of life and creating positive outlets for youth globally has announced its 14th annual ladies' day at The Berrics.
Poseiden Foundation has inspired the youth through life-changing experiences and encouraged them to pursue their passions to accomplish their dreams.
Through skating's empowerment, love, and support, they change the mindset of society by raising awareness of at-risk youth and homeless children within the skate community.
"This year, we are highlighting the adaptive skate community." Poseiden Foundation posted. They will be having a contest to show off their skills and talent."
"We will have girls from all over Southern California attending along with special guests rolling up to join in the fun. It's a surprise." They said. It will be a fun day, filled with skating, giveaways, prizes, and most importantly community coming together to support one another."
They added. "Check out our bio for RSVP information and remember this year we are doing a blanket drive for the elderly of the Native Nations, Canned food drive for our homeless families, and skate equipment drop off (used or new) for foster youth in need."
"We are also stoked to have partners that believe in our 100,000 skateboard giveaway and for every $20 donation made at the door, a skater in need will recieved a skateboard." They explained. "We have given away over 3,000 skateboards so far and will continue our mission until we reach our skateboard giveaway goal."
'Everyone from Poseiden Foundation wants to thank you for the support and love you have given us over the years." The org said. "It’s thanks to our volunteers, staff, security, skaters, and The Berrics that ladies day continues on. We are so grateful and appreciative of you all.
