Recognizing World Skate as a full member by the Association of Summer Olympic International Federations attests to the organization's dedication to promoting and advancing skateboarding internationally.
Mr. Sabatino Aracu, President of World Skate, expressed his excitement and pride in this achievement. He stated, "World Skate has been granted the distinguished status of Full Member during the 47th ASOIF General Assembly held yesterday, on May 31st, in Lausanne, Switzerland. This remarkable achievement places World Skate on par with all the other Summer Olympic International Federations, affording us the privilege of exercising both the right to voice our opinions and to cast our votes in the ASOIF Assemblies and solidifying our position in the global sporting community."
