Rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor Cameron Jibril Thomaz, better known by his stage name Wiz Khalifa has been skating hard in the streets even though he is busy making music. He makes time to skateboard still when he has free time.
TMZ caught up with the 35-year-old rapper Monday following fellow musical artist Ty Dolla $ign's painful skateboard accident.
Ty Dolla $ign was skateboarding with professional skateboarder Dashawn Jordan and said he blacked out after falling off his board.
The Fast and The Furious "See You Again" artist says Ty Dolla $ign is no quitter but did instruct him to wear a helmet the next time he skates the streets again.
Like any extreme sport, skateboarding does have its risks. There are injuries, and they can range from moderate to severe.
Some of the most common skateboarding injuries include sprains, strains, and fractures to several parts of the body, most often the arms, legs, neck, and trunk.
Sometimes it can lead to concussion and other severe head injuries or even death.
Although Ty Dolla $ign was careful, he recovered and checked out of the hospital shortly after his post.
