Skate legend Jamie Thomas recently celebrated the first anniversary of his new skate shoe brand, WARSAW.
After moving on from Fallen Footwear, which he sold to Town Connection, an investment group, Thomas has continued to stay active in both skating and business, putting his focus into building something new that represents his current vision and values.
In a recent post, Thomas shared his appreciation for everyone who has supported WARSAW during its first year.
He talked openly about how starting a new brand isn’t easy but said that hearing from customers who truly connect with the product makes every bit of effort worth it.
He wrote, “A few weeks ago we celebrated our 1-year anniversary, and I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their feedback and support. Starting a new brand isn’t easy, but hearing from customers who truly appreciate the product, quality, and the vision of WARSAW makes every challenge worth it.”
Thomas added that he’s deeply grateful for the encouragement the brand has received and that he does everything he can to make sure that gratitude is felt by every customer. “This past year has given us proof of concept and confirmed that what we’re building has a place in the market. The exciting part is, we’re just getting started.”
Thomas' core skate shoe has quickly gained attention for its simple and authentic approach, focusing on quality and design that speaks to skaters who care about both performance and style.
The brand isn’t just a business venture for Thomas, it’s another creative outlet and a continuation of his lifelong connection to skateboarding.
As the brand enters its second year, you already know that Thomas and his team are building something with staying power.
With community support and a commitment to craft, WARSAW seems ready to keep growing while staying true to the roots that inspired it in the first place.
