Vans Logo Secret Leaves Skaters Speechless, You’ll Never Look at It the Same Way

Skateboarders have been speechless after noticing what some are calling a hidden meaning in the Vans logo.

At first glance, it might just look like a simple, clean design, but take a closer look at the V, and things start to get interesting.

Some people on TikTok and other social platforms have pointed out that the V looks a lot like the square root symbol you might remember from high school math.

And if that rings a bell, the square root symbol is also called a radical.

Suddenly, it starts to make sense in a fun way for skateboarding culture. Imagine a skater grinding down a massive handrail in Vans shoes, hand in the air, yelling 'radicaallll'. The connection seems more than coincidental, at least for those who enjoy a playful theory.

Other users have noticed that the logo resembles the calculator notation for the square root of an answer, which shows up as √ANS.

It’s a detail that makes the logo feel like it has a clever little math joke tucked inside it, even if it wasn’t meant that way.

Of course, there is no evidence that Vans intentionally designed the logo with math in mind.

And finally, YouTubers at the Makeshift Project channel said that if you use the calculator with the √ symbol and then type ANS and if you press the equals button, he said that the answer is 420.

Some say it's bullsh*t but you have to try it yourself.

Anyway, the classic logo has been around since the company started in 1966, and any hidden meanings might just be a happy accident.

But that hasn’t stopped fans from sharing their discoveries and debating whether the design has a secret nod to radical skateboarding.

In the end, the Vans logo is still the same familiar symbol we’ve seen for decades, but now you might never look at it in quite the same way again.
