The Filipino skate clothing brand Trapr socks have released their new video entitled Behind The Lens: A Philippine Skateboarding Collective.
The Behind The Lens skateboarding film is available now for streaming featuring the astonishing skateboarders in the Philippines and especially the 40 hardworking Filipino skate filmmakers and photographers who we owe a lot - who live behind the scenes creating high-quality skate videos and photos for us to binge.
Bon Myco Macabael the creative director of Trapr socks shared the story behind how the new skateboarding film came about.
"Basically, my recently released project is all about the lensmen in our country, and the others are now abroad." Bon said. "I just want to make a tribute release for them to give appreciation because mostly skaters are the ones we always see in the feeds. So I came up with this kind of project Behind the Lens: A Philippine Skateboarding collective."
The day after the video has been released Bon said on Instagram. "4 months of hard work finally come to this memorable piece. Big thanks to those who believed and who helped along the way. Preparing for the next chapter."
