Transworld Skateboarding is bringing something fans have missed for years.
The fresh print edition is back baby!
After stepping away from physical releases since 2019, the crew is rolling out the 2025 Photo Annual, and it already feels like a moment skaters have been waiting for.
The new issue drops this Friday, December 5, at skateboarding.com, and it carries all the things people loved about Transworld’s classic releases.
It’s packed with photography that captures raw skating the way only print can.
The cover features Jimmy Wilkins, shot by Mike Blabac, a pairing that immediately sets the tone for the whole book.
The art direction from Aaron Regan keeps everything clean, creative, and true to the roots of skate culture.
Instead of trying to reinvent the format, the team focused on making something that feels genuine and worth holding onto.
For many skateboarders who grew up flipping through Transworld pages, this return feels familiar in the best way for sure.
Print might not be the everyday medium it once was, but there’s still something special about sitting down with a physical copy and taking in the details of each photo.
The 2025 Photo Annual brings that feeling back. It captures why Transworld connected with so many people and why it continues to matter now.
Skate and Create Forever.
