Forbes reports that the Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) is observed worldwide on March 31. This year, it coincides with Easter Sunday, and President Joe Biden has declared the same in every year of his presidency, despite the fact that the date of Easter varies from year to year.
Every year on March 31, TDOV is celebrated to honor transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. Contrary to some claims, TDOV was not intentionally scheduled to coincide with Easter Sunday.
There is no evidence that TDOV has the same year it was proclaimed. According to GLAAD, the TDOV tradition was created by trans advocate Rachel Crandall in 2010 in response to most of the news stories about transgender people being about violence.
Former Weekend Buzz skateboarding host Robert Brink's Instagram story claimed that TDOV also started since 2009.
Instagram Business, Motivation and Technology page Wealth, stated that President Biden has proclaimed March 31, 2024, which differs from news outlets.
Easter, or Resurrection Sunday, is a Christian festival and cultural holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead.
The New Testament describes it as having occurred on the third day of his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary in 30 AD.
It is the culmination of the Passion of Jesus Christ, preceded by Lent (or Great Lent), a 40-day fasting, prayer, and penance period.
Easter falls on the first Sunday after the full moon following the spring equinox, between March 22 and April 25. Last year it was on April 9 and in 2022 it will be on April 17.
Easter's exact date varies so much because it actually depends on the moon.
But the real question of skater hater Andrew Tate is: "Why is Everyone Gay?"
