Tim Pool and the crew behind The Boonies continue to show their support for the skate community by giving skaters new ways to compete, earn, and enjoy what they love doing.
Together with Richie Jackson, Cody McEntire, and the rest of the team, they’ve been keeping things exciting with regular events like the Skate Night 3.
Now, they’re stepping things up with the upcoming Boonies Skate Night 4.
During the recent announcement, Pool shared that the championship winner will be taking home a massive ten-thousand-dollar cash prize.
It’s easily one of the biggest rewards they’ve offered so far, and it’s already got the skate scene hyped on the moolah!
There’s more to it than just the main event.
Pool also explained that one of the undercard skaters who racks up the most wins will be moved up to the pro category.
That means they’ll have a real shot at competing for the ten grand against the top names in The Boonies lineup.
It’s a cool way of giving rising talents a real path to prove themselves and move up in the ranks.
Before the championship match happens, there will be a small tournament featuring previous winners.
Those who come out on top there will earn a chance to face off against the pros in the grand finals. The undercard rounds are expected to be packed with strong performances as everyone tries to secure their place in the battlefield.
Right now, the team is still ironing out the details.
They’re planning how the brackets will work and deciding whether there will be two or three matches before the finals.
Once everything is set, the top skater will claim the ten-thousand-dollar prize, while others who make it deep into the competition will still get their share, with about three thousand going to the remaining standout performers.
