Fashion icon Virgil Abloh planned a long time ago to have a skateboarder statue for Louis Vuitton and Nike to promote the "Air Force 1."
The giant orange statue of a skateboarder arose next to Jane's Carousel in DUMBO. Some say it will be there for a while as the deity designer's work will be shown at a Brooklyn Museum Show opening on July 1.
