After nearly a decade with Blind Skateboards, Sewa Kroetkov has announced that he’s leaving the team and heading into a new chapter of his skateboarding career.
Sewa shared the news in a post, looking back on his time with the brand and thanking everyone who played a part in his run.
From team trips to the people he got to skate with along the way, he had plenty of good memories to take with him.
One of his biggest achievements during that time was turning pro for Blind, a team he praised for its high level of skating and humble attitude. He also gave special thanks to William Weiss for believing in him from the beginning and supporting him throughout the years.
Sewa also showed love to everyone who supported him along the way, including the crew at Dwindle Distribution.

"After riding for Blind Skateboards for nearly 10 years, I’ve decided to part ways.
I’d like to thank the whole Blind team for all the great times whenever we would link up or go on a trip. It’s been an honor to be part of such a sick team, let alone turning pro on a team with one of the highest levels of skating in the game!
It’s been great being on a squad that continues to push skating to the next level each and every time, while remaining humble.
I want to give a special thanks to William Weiss for believing in me in the first place and everything else you’ve done for me on a personal level. I’ve always had a great time skating and hanging out with you. I have learned a lot from you over all the years and I will always thank you for that!
Major shout out to everybody who has supported me over all the years and thanks to everybody over at Dwindle Distribution for showing me love over all these years!
I’ve had a great time on Blind, but I feel like it’s time for me to move on to the next chapter"
