Filipino-American professional skateboarder Sean Malto has celebrated Asian Pacific American Heritage Month via his official Instagram account.

Malto posted. "The Filipino community has always been super supportive. No matter where I go or who I meet it feels familiar, like family. It's a genuine feeling of togetherness that I try to bring with me everywhere I go."

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPI Heritage Month) is an annual celebration every May that recognizes the historical and cultural contributions of individuals and groups of Asian and Pacific Islander descent to the United States.

As a Pinoy pro skater, the 32-year-old genuinely cares about his history, achievements, and contributions to Asian and Pacific Americans.

Malto still rides for Girl Skateboards, Nike SB, Spitfire Wheels, Thunder Trucks, Mountain Dew, and his long-time skate shop homies Escapist.
