The Rockstar Energy Open is making its highly anticipated return to Portland, Oregon, from August 15-17, 2025.
Following the success of last year’s event, which drew an impressive crowd of 25,000 and saw over 100 skaters in action, the upcoming edition promises even more excitement, with Downtown Portland’s Waterfront Park once again hosting this massive celebration of skate culture.
The event will bring together some of the most skilled skateboarders from across the globe, including two-time Olympic gold medalist Keegan Palmer, powerhouse street skater Chris Joslin, and last year’s Men’s Street Final winner, Lazer Crawford.
With both elite professionals and rising talents competing on custom-designed courses, the level of skateboarding on display is set to be nothing short of spectacular.
But skateboarding isn’t the only draw at the Rockstar Energy Open. Fans can look forward to a lively festival atmosphere, complete with live music, striking art installations, and an interactive fan village.
Local skate shops will be on hand with the latest gear, while food trucks serve up a variety of options to keep attendees fueled throughout the weekend.
Event merchandise and partner brand activations will add to the experience, making it an immersive three-day celebration of skateboard culture.
