The skateboarding community is once again facing serious issues, as skate journalist Robert Brink says he is preparing to release a new exposé.
The former Weekend Buzz OG, who has previously spoken about alleged abuse and misconduct within skateboarding, shared that his upcoming piece will focus on claims tied to an internal reporting system and recently surfaced information.
His past reporting has centered on accounts from individuals who claimed they experienced harm and felt their concerns were not properly addressed.
Following that coverage, Brink said he received threats and online harassment, which led him to step back from social media and limit public interaction on his platforms.

In recent posts, Brink claimed that an internal abuse reporting system was created by Jamie Thomas after allegations involving Dane Burman became more widely discussed.
According to Brink, people who submitted reports were allegedly promised confidentiality.
He further claimed that some of these emails may have been leaked and that certain materials are now circulating online. Hence, these claims have not been independently verified.
Brink also expressed concern about the potential risks if confidential information was shared without consent.
In his statements, he referenced past allegations connected to both Burman and Chris Cole. Those allegations remain unproven, and no legal conclusions have been established.
He added that his upcoming article will reportedly examine the alleged leaks in more detail and may include conversations with the new Zero Skateboards pro rider Ryan Sheckler.
At this stage, key details remain unclear, including how the alleged leak may have happened and who could be involved. No official findings have been confirmed.
Brink’s upcoming piece is expected to bring more attention to these ongoing concerns.
